1. Session Overview This program is designed for those who are new to yoga or in the early stages of their practice and want to gradually move towards an intermediate level with confidence and clarity. We combine the alignment and grounding of Hatha, the breath-synchronized flow of Vinyasa, and the deep release and mindfulness of Yin Yoga. This holistic approach builds strength, flexibility, breath awareness, and emotional balance while gently expanding your physical and mental capacity. 2.
