Refund Policy

At UnionYoga, we are committed to providing high-quality yoga offerings and products. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may be accepted for both physical product purchases and class bookings.

1. Refunds for Yoga Classes, Workshops, and Programs

a. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Live/Scheduled Classes: You may cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

  • No-shows are considered attended and are non-refundable.

b. Workshops or Multi-day Events

  • Refund requests must be made at least 3 days before the event starts to be eligible for a full refund.

  • If requested within 72 hours of the event, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

  • Once the event has started, no refunds will be issued.

c. Cancellations by Us

  • If we cancel or reschedule a class, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at no cost.

2. Refunds for Physical Products

a. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within [7/10/15] days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

b. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used yoga mats, opened wellness items (e.g., oils, sprays), and personalized or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Gift cards and promotional offers

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

3. Refund Process

  • Once a returned product is inspected or a class cancellation is confirmed as eligible, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email Address] with clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Your full name

  • Photos (for product issues)

7. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be denied if terms mentioned above are not met.

  • Repeated refund requests without valid reason may lead to suspension of account privileges.
