Our Vision
Yoga is not just a posture. It is a path to find the Self.
At UnionYoga, our vision is rooted in a sacred truth:
“Yoga can offer real solutions to the problems we face in this age of disconnection not just by healing the body, but by awakening the soul.”
Born out of lived experience and inner transformation, UnionYoga was founded by Prachetananda (Saurabh Vaishnav), Pulkit Vaishnav and Ankit Bana, with one purpose to restore Yoga to its original purpose: liberation, not just flexibility.
In today’s world, Yoga is often reduced to physical performance, certifications, or commercial trends. But at UnionYoga, we return to the source — where Yoga is a spiritual technology, a sadhana, a way to go beyond suffering.
We envision a space where:
-
The body is honoured, but not worshipped.
-
The breath becomes a bridge between the seen and unseen.
-
The mind is stilled — and the Self begins to shine.
What Makes UnionYoga Different?
We don’t teach “yoga for fitness.”
We guide seekers on a path toward inner transformation.
Our offerings combine traditional practices (like Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation) with modern clarity — helping you:
-
Start where you are
-
Move at your own pace
-
Stay consistent with community support
-
Grow inward, not just outward
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, your journey is sacred to us.
Our Commitment
We’re not here to impress you. we’re here to walk with you.
We are building more than a yoga school.
We are building a sacred community, a sangha of sincere seekers.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time, or returning to your practice after a long gap, UnionYoga is your home. A sanctuary of clarity, devotion, and evolution.
A Path for This Lifetime — And Beyond
In today’s world of endless noise, the quiet voice within often gets drowned out.
But the inner call is real — and timeless.
UnionYoga is a space to answer that call.
To evolve not just physically, but spiritually.
To live this life with awareness — and prepare for what lies beyond it.
Welcome to UnionYoga.
Where Yoga is not a pose, but a path.
Where body, mind, and soul come into true Union.
