Session Description

1. Session Overview Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues. Poses are held passively for several minutes to release tension, improve joint mobility, and calm the nervous system. It nourishes stillness and introspection, complementing more active or stressful lifestyles. 2. Who Should Join Best for people with tight bodies, emotional stress, arthritis, or a desire for meditative stillness. Great as a restorative balance to intense workouts or fast-paced living. 3. Prerequisite Participants should have a minimum of 3 months of consistent practice in any one of the following programs: “Yoga for All,” “Hatha Yoga,” . 4. What You’ll Need A yoga mat, a water bottle, a handkerchief, and ensure a quiet space Optional: yoga blocks, cushion, and strap
