Who Should Join Perfect for those who enjoy physical activity, fluid movement, and breath-based mindfulness. Suitable for intermediate to advanced practitioners. 3. Prerequisite Participants should have a minimum of 3 months of consistent practice in any one of the following programs: “Yoga for All,” “Hatha Yoga,” . 4. What You’ll Need A yoga mat, a water bottle, a handkerchief, and ensure a quiet space Optional: yoga blocks, cushion, and strap
