Through guided breathwork, you’ll experience clarity, calm, and a deeper connection to your inner self. This session will include Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing), Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath), Bhastrika (Bellows Breath), Surya Bhedan (Right Nostril Breathing), Chandra Bhedan (Left Nostril Breathing), Sheetali (Cooling Breath), Sheetkari (Hissing Breath), Ujjayi (Ocean Breath), Bhramari (Humming Bee Breath), and Om Chanting. 2.
